Significant structural improvements were made, however the original designand materials were utilized, consistent with photographs of the house on its original site. The free-standing 32x36 garage (with two lofts) on this 10-acre site was recently added and is designed to be easily converted for spacious living, a studio, or a multi-level workshop.
