Born and raised in Michigan, Julie graduated from Davenport University with a degree in Design, Fashion, Merchandising, and Business.

During her husband’s 24-year Army career, the Marquardt family and their three sons moved 11 times across the United States and were fortunate to spend four memorable years stationed in Germany. Along the way, Julie worked as a part-time teacher and later spent three years as an administrative assistant to a residential and commercial appraiser in Texas.

In 2015, Julie and her husband moved to Prescott, which she now considers her favorite place to live in the country—despite having lived in many. She spent eight years working as a luxury real estate specialist with The Yamauchi Group before joining The Hyland Group in 2022.

Julie is dedicated to providing a seamless, concierge-level experience for every client, many of whom have gone on to become personal friends. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, decorating, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
